Charles Dickens' story, extolling the virtues of Christmas, is a favourite with audiences everywhere. In this exciting and unusual version by regional creative team, Paul Stebbings and Phil Smith, with original music by Tom Johnson, the ghosts make the running. With glee and with plenty of music they transform the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge into a real human being. In time honoured fashion, he ends up by getting the Christmas Message.
Everyone's favourite characters are here in this feel-good family show: Scrooge himself, Bob Cratchit, Old Fezziwig, the ghostly Jacob Marley, Belle, Ebenezer's one time sweetheart, and, of course, Tiny Tim.
